The Employee Benefits Services Administrator oversees daily benefits operations, provides customer service to health plan members, supervises subordinate Benefits staff, and manages the eligibility of all participants in the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners’ health, pharmaceutical, life, dental, and vision plans. Monroe County offers an excellent benefits package and is a member of the Florida Retirement System (FRS).  Onsite position in Key West, 40 HPW.

Annual salary range: $84,129.38 – $134,607.01, based on experience.
