Bay County approves new artificial reefs off of Panama City Beach 

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Bay County commissioners awarded Walter Marine with a roughly $500,000 contract to build and place 30 new artificial “super reefs” off the coast of Panama City Beach at the meeting on Oct. 1.
