Monroe County adheres to a Strategic Planning process to guide future goals, actions, and expenditures to meet the needs of the Community.  This position is responsible for overall strategic plan development, as well as implementation with more than 22 Departments.  The position manages the framework linking employee performance to expected outcomes for the community.  The position is also charged with developing initiatives for greater government accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement.   EOE.
