Martin County is seeking an accomplished local government HR Professional to direct activities of the Human Resources and Risk Management functions.  Candidate must possess extensive experience in all aspects of the field with a demonstrative expertise in Labor Management and Human Resources Planning and Analysis. This senior human resource management position reports to the County Administrator and provides support to thirteen (13) BOCC departments. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field with 5 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
