HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER – Lake County, Florida

Lake County is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER.  The Housing & Community Development Division Manager plans, develops, coordinates and oversees housing programs for Lake County citizens. The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the SHIP/Affordable Housing Program, and promoting housing and community development services to the public. The position develops and implements programs within organizational policies; reports major activities to executive level administrators through conferences and reports.

The salary range for this position is $61,900.80 - $102,003.20 per year. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Planning or a related field with eight (8) years of progressively responsible related experience and a valid Florida Driver’s license. Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
