Request for responses for open County Manager’s position

 

The Board of County Commissioners of Glades County, Florida (the “county”), hereby requests responses from qualified individuals who are interested in filling the County Manager’s position. The county is a political subdivision of the State of Florida which has approximately 13,000 residents and is located in Southwest Florida.

 

The selected individual must meet the County Manager’s job qualifications and must be capable of satisfying the requirements of the County Manager’s job description. The base salary range for the County Manager’s position has a base salary of $90,000 to $125,000, plus standard county employee benefits.

 

All of the responses received by the county shall be public records documents that are subject to public inspection under Florida law.

 

All responses must be submitted online at www.myglades.com, on or before 12:00 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2019.

The county reserves the right to reject any or all responses, in its sole discretion. The county also reserves the right to waive irregularities and technicalities and to re-advertise for additional responses.
