Broward County, Florida is recruiting nationally for a highly experienced Director of Human Resources to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service and support to the 18th largest county in the nation. This at-will position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Broward County, and is responsible for all human resources related activities for the County. The Director will oversee a FY 2017 departmental budget of $5.2 million, benefits budget of $55 million, and capable staff of 48 full-time positions. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of high-level human resources administration experience or closely related experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience. The salary range for the Director of Human Resources is $107,123 to $170,967 (DOQ).
