FAC's 21 affiliate organizations represent professionals within the county government structure. There are procedures and criteria in place for receiving affiliate status which includes a vote by the Board of Directors. Affiliate organizations frequently assist Association staff by providing insight into legislative issues and/or offering technical advice throughout FAC's committee process and legislative session. In addition, affiliate presidents serve as ex-officio members on the FAC Board of Directors.
